In addition to his litigation practice, he provides services to other practitioners
and litigants:
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
- Expert consulting in legal malpractice
Since 2003, Rudy has privately mediated cases involving product liability, malpractice, premises and negligence claims. For more than 20 years he has acted as a neutral settlement judge in more than 100 cases in Sacramento and El Dorado counties.
In legal malpractice cases, Rudy has been retained by both plaintiff and defense counsel to consult on issues relating to the standard of practice for attorneys involved in civil litigation.
